1.How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance to ensure your date is available.

2. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

es, absolutely! We love capturing weddings in new places. We’re available for travel worldwide — travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location.

3. How do payments work?

To secure your date, we require a booking  of MYR300. The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days before the wedding day.

4. How long until we receive our photos and videos?

Photo galleries are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Videos are delivered within 1–3 months, depending on the package and season.

5. Do you provide raw files?

We don’t provide raw files, as our editing is part of the storytelling process. However, everything meaningful will be included in your final delivery.

6.Can we choose the music for the video?

Yes, you can suggest a song. If you don’t have one in mind, we’ll carefully choose music that fits your story.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, meetings are available after a booking is confirmed. We can arrange it either in person or online, whichever is most convenient for you.

8. What if our wedding day schedule changes?

If your wedding day schedule changes, please let us know as early as possible—ideally 3–5 months in advance—so we can adjust our plans. Changes closer to the date may depend on our availability.

9.Do you offer same-day edit videos?

Yes, we do provide same-day edits with an additional charge. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

10. How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling?

The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate as long as we’re informed in advance and the new date is available.

11. Can we request specific shots or moments?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to share any must-have shots or meaningful moments with us. While we’ll also capture the day naturally, having your input ensures nothing important is missed.

12. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of our wedding collections include high-resolution digital files delivered in an online gallery. We also offer handcrafted albums and fine art prints as add-ons, so you can preserve your memories in a tangible way that lasts for generations.
